The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh Police Station Case No.49 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Sankit Kumar, the son of the informant, in the afternoon of 03.03.2019 moved from the house of his Mausi/Mausa for coming to his house but he did not return. While the informant along with his family members searched his son but no trace of him was found. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Later on, the statement of one Akash Kumar was recorded, who disclosed about the kidnapping of the son of the informant. detailing the name of the petitioner, Ashok Kumar, Arun Chaudhary, Ranjeet Prasad and Vijay Kumar. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh Police Station Case No.49 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
