JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 379/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a school teacher, alleged that the petitioners, intercepted him while going to attend the flag hosting function, and tore voter list and snatched Rs.2700/- from him.

The petitioners submit that the allegation is false and there is no material to support the allegations. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let both the petitioners as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri J. Kumar, JM 1st class, Supaul in Pipra Police station Case No. 127 of 2015.
