The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Daughter of the informant is said to have been done to death by the accused persons named in the F.I.R.. Petitioner is said to have facilitated in disposal of the dead body of the deceased.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner happens to be cousin father-in-law of the deceased. He had no concern with the occurrence and he was

Allegation levelled against the petitioner is only facilitating in disposal of the dead-body of the deceased. Father-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53334 of 2017 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 52845 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.07.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.
