JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA) 05-11-2018 The appellants have been convicted under Sections 341 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for one month and ten years for the aforesaid offences, respectively. The office has raised question regarding the maintainability of this criminal appeal before the Division Bench and, accordingly, noted down the aforesaid defects in its report. However, the learned counsel for the appellants has already made necessary correction for placing the matter before appropriate Bench.

Under the aforesaid circumstance, the correction made by the learned counsel for the appellants is accepted and, accordingly, office is directed to list this appeal before appropriate Bench.
