The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.

In compliance of the order dated 08.02.2023, Petitioner and o.p. no.2 personally appeared in the Court today. Both the parties are agreed to live together. Petitioner is directed to take o.p. no.2 along with his children from the Gaya on 27.03.2023.

No.45780 of 2022(5) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on provisional bail for a period of six months, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Complaint Case No.1590/2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
