The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 34 of 2022 arising out of Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 21(B), 22, 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been caught with 1 gram of brown sugar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2022.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45632 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IX, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 34 of 2022 arising out of Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Phulwarisharif Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
