2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to accept the joining of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher in the Primary school, Balihari, Block Charpokhari, District-Bhojpur.

3. According to the petitioner in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner, i.e., CWJC No. 19141 of 2015,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11049 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/3 this Court by an order dated 03.12.2018 had directed the respondents to make payment of the salary of the petitioner for the period the petitioner has actually worked, until further decisions, as to the validity of the appointment is taken by the respondents.

As the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition was not complied with by the respondent authorities, the petitioner had to file a contempt petition against the respondents which was registered as M.J.C Case No. 2968 of 2019 and was disposed off by this Court by an order dated 11.04.2025 on the basis of the show-cause filed by the opposite parties therein, wherein it was stated that the arrears of salary has been paid.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that second part of the direction passed in the earlier writ petition directing the respondent to take a decision regarding the validity of petitioner's appointment has not been complied with.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to allow him to join as a Panchayat Teacher in the Primary school, Balihari, Block Charpokhari, District-Bhojpur, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11049 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 3/3 CWJC No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur for allowing him to join as Panchayat Teacher in the Primary School, Balihari, Block Charpokhari, District-Bhojpur.

7. As and when the petitioner approaches the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, the said Appellate Authority shall consider and address the grievances of the petitioner, in accordance with law expeditiously.

8. The writ petition stands disposed off.
