====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.536(C) of 2017 registered under Sections 498(A), 120(B), 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, earlier, on the joint prayer, the matter was referred to the Conciliation and Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for mediation and settlement of the dispute in between the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63262 of 2018(4) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 settled their dispute amicably in terms of memorandum of agreement dated 15.04.2019, which is attached with the report of the Mediator of the Conciliation and Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, dated 16.04.2019.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and also considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, above named, vide order dated 24.01.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court is, hereby, confirmed.
