This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 504, 379, 427, 506, 109, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
During the course of occurrence of assault and theft specific allegation against the petitioner is that she caused injury with khanti at the head of Rupali Kumari.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the doctor has found injury caused by hard and blunt substance on the head of Rupali Kumari.
Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner, above named, is female, she, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil (District Munger) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, or successor Court, subject to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50633 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
