Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 506/34 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, these petitioners and other accused persons threatened and assaulted the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of threatening or assaulting against these petitioners. Petitioners are bona fide

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar P.
