The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/504/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the entire occurrence took place on account of some construction being made and though the petitioner had fired, but it was not repetition of firing and no one stand injured, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge 4th,
