2. It is the petitioners' grievance that their land is intended to be utilized and rather the same is being forcibly occupied for the purpose of expansion of Railway Line at B.B. Giri Halt Near Twining Ganj, near Dumraon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention to Annexure-3 to the writ application, which is a representation filed by the petitioners before the Zonal Manager, (East) Central Railway, Hazipur, making out their case that their land is being utilized for public purpose without undertaking

Patna High Court CWJC No.13724 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 any process of land acquisition proceeding. The representation was filed on 16.05.2019.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Zonal Manager (East) Central Railway, Hazipur to look into petitioner's grievance as raised in their representation dated 16.05.2019 and inform the petitioners' about his decision thereon within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioners shall be required to enclose with a copy of the present order, a copy of the representation dated 16.05.2019 which was sent to the Zonal Manager (East), Central Railway, Hazipur through speed post.

5. This disposes of the application.
