2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had preferred a bail application before the concerned Court below during pendency of the investigation. He further submits that now the investigation has been completed and nothing has come against the petitioner to connect him with the alleged offence.

6. In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43590 of 2026(2) dt.06-07-2026 2/2 of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below afresh for bail and the Court below will decide the same, on its own merits, after examining the materials available on record including the case diary.

7. It is made clear that the Court below will not be prejudiced by the fact that the petitioner had moved to this Court for grant of bail.
