It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will file a petition to avail the remedy available under Rule 24(2) of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 against order of punishment dated 16.11.2005.

In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

The petitioner, however if serious to avail the remedy, shall file his petition under Rule 24(2) of the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005 within a period of four weeks from today before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15786 of 2011(6) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 respondent authorities. In the event such petition is filed, respondents shall be obliged to dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
