This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is unmarred nanad of the deceased. It appears that some other co-accused, Lagan Devi and Sanjeet Sharma, have already been allowed anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 38962 of 2016 on 06.10.2016 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2643 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
