In this case, the petitioner is challenging the notice issued to him by the Block Development Officer, Garkha, Saran at Chapra, by which the petitioner has been directed to remain present in the office of the Block Development Officer along with the records for the purposes of enquiry about her caste certificate.

In the opinion of this Court, this writ application is premature. The petitioner should present herself before the Block Development Officer and file a show-cause

Patna High Court CWJC No.9515 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 cause to the notice and thereafter if any order prejudicial to her is passed, she will have liberty to approach before the appropriate forum including this Court.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is dismissed.
