JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated the modification application of the disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail.

However, in the said order, it has inadvertently been mentioned that earlier petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail rather the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed of.

In such view of the matter, let last paragraph of the order dated 11.07.2019 be read as " In the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42682 of 2019(3) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. However, if the petitioner surrenders and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the court below on the basis of materials available on record and if possible to be disposed of on same day.
