2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 399 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023, lodged under Sections 364, 120B and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10006 of 2024. He submits that almost all witnesses have been examined, except I.O. in this case and till date, no material has come. In this background that this case is completely of circumstantial evidences, keeping the petitioner in custody shall not solve any purpose.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State on the other hand

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53976 of 2024(4) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail and submits that all witnesses have been examined, only I.O. has not been examined as yet.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, therefore, his bail petition is hereby rejected.

6. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within six months.
