The petitioners have moved this Court for quashing of the entire proceeding in Complaint Case No. 42/2012 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Dehri. From perusal of the record, it seems that the petitioners have not appeared in the case on earlier also to pursue their case and as such, it appears that the they have lost interest in the case.
