2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the

No.43738 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 270 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
