2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case no. 281 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case as per F.I.R. is that when the informant after closing his shop was returning to his house, all the accused persons including some unknown surrounded the informant. They started assaulting the informant with danda, lathi and iron rod and robbed cash of rupees thirty thousands

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The FIR has been registered in the background of some land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that the specific allegation of giving dagger blow on the head of the informant is against co-accused Harsh Kumar Mishra who has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 2.8.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3886 of 2022.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Lakhnaur (RSOP) P.S. Case no. 281 of 2020, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani or concerned Court
