ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 24.07.2017 in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No.102 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, admittedly, there is a land dispute between the parties and there was spontaneous Marpit on both sides. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents.
