====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of assault to the informant by khukhari and allegation against petitioner no.2 is of snatching golden chain of Bhawe of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the injuries were found simple in nature. Further submission is that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 09.08.2018 Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, they opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61252 of 2018(5) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 stating that the injured was assaulted twice with intention to kill. Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Motihari, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
