JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (B.K.P.) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 354(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53050 of 2021(4) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (B.K.P.) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
