The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 419 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 498A, 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint of prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63054 of 2018(5) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.3, who are husband and wife, where dispute has been settled in terms of memorandum of agreement attached with the Mediator's Report dated 27.03.2019 and accordingly, petitioner and opposite party no. 3 decided to lead their life independently.
Since the dispute in between the petitioner and opposite party no.3 has been settled, in presence of opposite party no.2 Bal Krishna Prasad Singh, father of opposite party no.3, in terms of memorandum of agreement attached with the Mediator's Report dated 27.03.2019, the petitioner, above name, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 419 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
