The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 943 of 2019, arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 300 ltrs of country made liquor was seized from the vehicle.
