The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piprakothi P. S. Case No. 116 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is case and counter-case and the injury found on the person of Samina Khatoon was simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Piprakothi P. S. Case No. 116 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down
