The defect as pointed out by the office is ignored. The petitioner holds a P.D.S. license. He has filed an appeal, bearing Supply Appeal Case No. 227 of 2012-13, against the order of cancellation of P.D.S. license by the licensing authority.

As the appeal is of the year 2012-13, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
