The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint Case No.1113 of 2018 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the complainant submit that both parties have compromised the case and they put their signature on the compromise petition before mediator.
