The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter may be referred to the District Mediation Centre, East Champaran for settlement of the fact in issue. The learned counsel for the informant is also ready and has submitted that if the petitioner becomes ready to settle the dispute by paying the entire money, he has no objection in referring the case to the District Mediation Centre. In these circumstances, the matter is referred to the District Mediation Centre, East Champaran and both the parties are directed to appear before the learned District Mediation Centre, East Champaran on 21st of January, 2022. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39500 of 2020(6) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, where the case is pending, shall obtain the report of District Mediation Centre and transmit it within a period of two months.

List the matter after receipt of the report of Mediator or after two and half month, whichever is earlier. Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019.
