Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 05.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4938 of 2021 to the extent that the name of the police station which has wrongly been mentioned in the bail petition as Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020 be read as Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020.

The order dated 05.08.2021 is thus modified to the extent that Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020 be read as 'Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020'. For the reasons stated in the application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51482 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 prayer for extension of time for surrendering before the court below is also allowed.

The order is further modified to the extent that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a further period of four weeks from today, she will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 05.08.2021 on same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
