2. This application has been filed for quashing of the FIR of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023 in which petitioners and their entire family members have been made accused maliciously as no occurrence has taken place as

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1324 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 alleged in the FIR.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage i.e., at the stage of cognizance or discharge.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. The petitioners are given liberty to represent themselves before the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani by filing a representation.
