Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation in the FIR against the petitioner and others to have bitterly assaulted the informant with sharp cutting weapon and other weapons. The Doctor has found simply injuries on the person of the informant Raj Kumar Chaurasia. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58138 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhabua Police Station Case No.595 of 2017 G.R.No.2280 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
