2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42857 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/3 was done to death by her in-laws and they disappeared her dead body and on search her dead body was found in the field of one Jamun Rai near bush and a semi circulated red mark on neck was found.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the cousin fatherin-law, cousin brother-in-law and the sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. It is further submitted that as a matter of fact the deceased had committed suicide and after investigation final form was submitted in favour of these petitioners while charge-sheet was submitted against others. However, differing with the said final form cognizance was taken mechanically against all the accused persons including the present petitioners. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38371 of 2023 and vide Annexure-P/4 the parties have amicably settled the dispute restoring good relations between them. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners happen to be the in-laws of the deceased and after investigation final form was submitted in their favour, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2022 (G.R. No. 3262 of 2022) on each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned where the case is pending/successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023.
