2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Railway Station (RS) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 21b of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 60 grams of Smack and Rs. 3,03,000/- from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.3.2024.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery from the petitioner and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Araria Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court regularly so that the trial may not be delayed. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
