JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the shop of the petitioner, 30 bottle of country made liquor each containing 400 Ml were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners were not present when the recovery was made. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of
