2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 24.4.2023 operation of the order impugned dated 20.2.2021 passed by the Circle Officer, Punpun, Patna had been stayed.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties in reference to the order dated 24.11.2021 passed in Mutation Appeal Case no. 55 of 2021-22 (Smt. Manju Devi vs. Circle Officer, Punpun and Others) by the D.C.L.R, Masaurhi, Patna submits that the order dated 20.2.2021 had already been set

Patna High Court MJC No.1784 of 2023(10) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 aside by the said order dated 24.11.2023 which subsequently came to be stayed by this Court, by the order, contempt of which being alleged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above facts.

5. In view of the above, the Court finds that no contempt is made out in the facts and circumstances of the case and the instant application is dismissed.
