The petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to make payment of admitted dues i.e., bills of Rs. 6,56,158/- raised by the petitioners in lieu of the work of installation of electric meters.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16119 of 2021(5) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 respondents submits that the petitioner no. 2 may file a representation before the Electrical Superintending Engineer, Raxaul who will look into the matter, the bills would be duly verified and if any payment is found due, the same shall be released to the petitioner no. 2 forthwith. A reasoned order shall be passed in case there is any ground to reject any of the claims. The petition stands disposed off.
