The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Munger) P.S. Case No.96 of 2011 (Sessions Trial No.787 of 2012) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 386, 37 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has already been rejected by this Court on merit thrice. I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51097 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 grant of bail is again rejected.
