2. This is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s) or direction(s) to the respondents for payment of differences of salary w.e.f. 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2015 to the petitioner.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and also perusing the contents of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent nos. 4 & 5 for redressal of his grievances, but till date, no any information in this regard has been given to him.

In such view of the matter, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra (respondent no.5) along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and respondent no.5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within ten weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel.

5. Needless to state that respondent no.5 shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
