Petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No.135 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Two Mobile Phones, one bag and some money have been recovered from the house of this petitioner. There is no Test Identification Parade of the articles seized from the house of the petitioner. It has been submitted that co-accused, Vikash Kumar, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55155 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.135 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
