JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 155 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws' due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disposed of the dead body. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, who are brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the deceased for torturing due to non-fulfillment of demand of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44449 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 dowry, Only specific allegation is against Pankaj Kumar Rai, husband of the deceased. for demand of one lakh in dowry and Pankaj Kumar Rai, husband of the deceased is in custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffapur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 155 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
