2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. They are in jail since 11.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46087 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024.
