This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chautham P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the petitioner's name has come up on the confessional statement of co-accused, who were caught along with the Buffallo.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against this petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pravinkumar/- U
