The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No.37 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2) and 109 of the B.N.S. 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently, section 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act was also added in the F.I.R.

The petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim. He is in custody since 28.02.2025.

The injury report indicates that the injures has been caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, DistrictRohtas / concerned Court below, in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No.37 of 2025.
