Mr. Pramod Mishra learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this quashing petition with liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge.
It is submitted that father of the petitioner executed a deed of agreement, but he did not perform his part.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50307 of 2013 (3) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is only alleged to have assaulted the informant. Considering the submissions of the petitioner this quashing petition is disposed of with liberty that the petitioner may raise all the points at the time of framing of charge and the learned court below shall pass reasoned order.
