Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bangra P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-B) (i)/26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol with one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41358 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Bangra P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 subject to the condition that both bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
