Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. Earlier the petitioner has lodged FIR against the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 1.9.2020.

Considering the fact that earlier thepetitioner has lodge FIR against the informant and he is in custody since 1.9.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38973 of 2020(3) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019.
