2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 606 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. From the statement of the informant, it appears that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. It is alleged that the deceased was killed by giving three blows from a screw driver but only one injury has been found upon the deceased. The petitioner is the son of the deceased and is in custody since 17.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/ concerned Court in connection with Sasaram Town P.S.
