The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Vinod Kumar, father-in-law of Vinod Kumar and Anil Kumar entered into her house locked the informant and others in a room and assaulted Surji Devi the mother of the informant and strangulated her to death. It is submitted that the petitioners are on inimical term. The husband of the informant has been convicted under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no other witness of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29444 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 the occurrence.
Having considered the facts that the informant, daughter of the deceased, made specific allegation that the petitioners strangulated her mother to death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
